GRANT DETAILS:FRANC has initiated the Winter phase of the Edgemere Community Development Grant. Micro grants of up to $3,000 will be available to support programs and/or events within the Rockaway Peninsula.
* Only organizations that are from the Rockaways and 501c3 certified or have a fiscal sponsor will be considered for funding. Once organizations receive their notice of approval for funding, they will have one month (30 days) to submit the required documents to complete the allocation process. If awardees are unable to submit these documents within the one-month time frame, they will forfeit their grant. Additionally, organizations will be required to include the FRANC logo on any flyers or banners created for events/programs funded by this initiative. DEADLINE EXTENDED Complete and submit the general application before March 13th, 2025 |
After the applications close, the top applicants will be screened out and presented to the Edgemere Community Development Advisory Committee. The committee will then vote on which applications move forward to be funded.
If awarded the organization must submit the following in order to move forward with payment:
Funds will be dispersed to the organization 30 days after receiving the required documentation.
